If emailing us please provide a link to the competitors’ page displaying the pricing information. This will help aid us in reviewing your request and will speed up the overall process for offering the price match to you.

We are very reasonable people and will do our best to extend our low price guarantee to you but naturally some stipulations and guidelines apply.

You are eligible to receive the low price guarantee if your request meets the following guidelines:

  • Product must be first quality, all new, factory sealed, of the same brand, style and SKU.
  • Item(s) must be available to the public, in-stock and priced accurately. (no typos)
  • Item must not be part of a Limited Quantity/Time offer or part of a closeout or clearance sale.
  • Item must be from an Authorized US dealer or Distributor. MEI only sells new product and is an Authorized Dealer for all the products we carry.
  • Comparisons must include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitors’ total price.
  • May be limited to one claim per product.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, rebates, closeouts or clearances.
  • MEI reserves the right to verify the competitors’ product availability and price before issuing the price match guarantee.

Order Processing and Notification

You will receive email verifications at each stage of the order process:

  • Receipt of Order – A confirmation of your order will be sent to you within minutes of placing your online order.
  • Order Shipment – A copy of your invoice/payment will be emailed to you the same day your order is shipped.
  • Order Tracking – A copy of your tracking number will be emailed to you the same day your order is shipped. (for UPS and USPS priority mail shipments only)
  • Delays or Back orders – We will email you an estimated delivery time for special or out-of-stock items.
  • Survey – A survey, asking for your feedback, will be sent after you have received your purchase.

Sales Tax

We do NOT charge Sales tax UNLESS your order is purchased from or shipped to a California address. California State laws require that we charge a sales tax on these orders because we are a California based business. Since we are located in Murrieta, CA (Riverside County), all shipments to California addresses are charged at that rate of 7.75%.
