Product Overview

The 6P is the light that started it all. The first light to use lithium batteries and a high-output xenon bulb, the 6P continues to be one of SureFire’s bestsellers, and why not? A good idea is a good idea. The updated 6P is still precision-machined from aerospace-grade aluminum with the addition of an anti-roll bezel and a lock-out tailcap to prevent accidental discharge of light during tactical operations, transportation, or storage. The 6P produces 65 lumens of light for 60 minutes (as bright as a much larger four D-cell flashlight), or 125 lumens for 20 minutes with the optional ultra high output lamp. The 6P also features unique switching originally developed for law enforcement– twist for constant on, or depress the tailcap button for momentary illumination or emergency signaling. Note: The 6P is almost identical to the SureFire D2, with the exception that the D2 includes a stainless steel pocket clip and the 6P does not.
