Custom Engraving Requirements

Artwork

We can accept all types of files. Simply email us your art in a PCX, TIFF GIF, EPS, JPEG or Word file. Once we receive it we will review it to make sure it is suitable for engraving. Most logos and wording are not a problem as these are being laser engraved and can be produced with great accuracy and detail. Please send artwork as an e-mail attachment to Sales@MEIResearch.com or the sales associate you have been working with.

Lead Time for Flashlights

First Article Proof Samples
Approximately 5 days after receipt of artwork and order either a paper or electronic proof will be sent for your approval. If everything is to your satisfaction simply sign off and fax back the approval to begin production. If corrections are necessary make the appropriate changes and return it for modification. If a physical sample is require this to can be accommodated but it will add about a week to your lead time. Please also make sure you specify this when ordering.

For Production Runs

Following approval of the proof/sample, the order will be shipped within approximately 10 to 15 working days from receipt of the approval. If you are on a tight schedule and need the flashlights quicker then this just let us know. Often times if we know the date you require the lights by we can accommodate you.
